The fusion process enhances the steel's strength, broadens the range of pH levels it can withstand-particularly in alkaline environments-and increases its resistance to wear and abrasion.

Water Tank India adheres to stringent European standards for applying the glass enamel coating on steel. We source high-tensile steel specifically designed for enameling purposes. The enameling process occurs at a high temperature of around 850^oC, using a "One Coat One Fire" technique without any undercoat. Our advanced PUESTA technology employs a complex bonding catalyst and electrostatic powder enameling to produce high-quality, competitive products.

The enameling process is a thermal treatment performed in specialized ovens at approximately 850^oC, which forms a tightly bonded glass layer on the steel surface. This bond is created through a combination of chemical and physical reactions. The resulting glass-lined steel offers outstanding corrosion resistance, excellent dielectric properties, high abrasion durability, a hygienic surface, temperature tolerance, and strong resistance to aggressive chemicals-making it ideal for long-term applications.

These tanks are user-friendly thanks to their quick and simple assembly, durability, and minimal maintenance requirements. Their robust construction suits complex uses such as bio-reactors, aeration and clarifier tanks, sludge and biogas tanks, containers for biological oil products, silos, and storage tanks for both potable and wastewater. Notably, our enameling process is nickel-free, environmentally safe, and approved for drinking water use. Additionally, we ensure the steel edges are carefully curved and protected to guarantee high-quality finishing.
